摘要
为了探究温度及不同溶液浓度的GA_3和KH_2PO_4对雾灵香花芥种子萌发特性的影响,采用培养皿滤纸法,进行雾灵香花芥种子萌发试验。结果表明,雾灵香花芥种子萌发的最适温度为20℃。发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及幼苗根长随着GA_3浓度的增加呈现不断上升的趋势;当GA_3浓度达到500mg/L时,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数达到最大;GA_3浓度为400mg/L时,其根长达到最长,表现出一定的促进作用。雾灵香花芥种子经过KH_2PO_4溶液处理后,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数普遍低于对照,表现出明显的抑制作用。
In order to investigate the effects of temperature and different solution concentrations of GA 3 and KH 2PO 4 on the germination characteristics of Hesperis oreophila was studied by using filter paper method.The results showed that the Hesperis oreophila seed germination of optimum temperature was 20℃.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and seedling root length showed a rising trend with the increase of GA 3 concentration.When the concentration of GA 3 reached 500 mg/L,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index reached the maximum.When the concentration of GA 3 was 400 mg/L,the root length reached the longest and showed a certain promoting effect.After the treatment with KH 2PO 4 solution,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index were generally lower than those of control group,and showed obvious inhibitory effect.
