轴承单元结构在STR中桥主锥上的应用

摘要 轴承单元目前在汽车行业中得到了越来越广泛的应用,文章中的轴承单元应用于STR中桥主动锥齿轮,是一种双列圆锥滚子轴承带法兰的结构。轴承单元装配精度高、整体性强,游隙在出厂前已预先调整好,主减装配时只需把压装轴承单元内圈压板的三个螺栓拧紧到规定力矩即可,装配非常方便。 The unit bearing structure has been widely used to the automobile industry currently,the unit bearing structure discussed in this paper was used in the driving bevel gear of the STR driving medium axle.It was a new structure with double row tapered roller bearings and a flange.This new unit bearing structure had high assembly accuracy and high integrity,its clearance was adjusted before the factory.What the workers done was just to screw the three bolts on the clamp which was used to hold down the unit bearing cones with the required tightening torque,so the main reducing gear parts assembling process was very easy and its quality was in well control.
