摘要
文章针对玻璃下降出现的顿挫问题,对玻璃升降系统各部件进行排查分析,并最终确认升降器张紧弹簧余量和呢槽涂层干湿态摩擦系数差异过大是产生玻璃下降顿挫的主要原因,在对两者优化改进后,消除了玻璃下降顿挫的问题。
In this paper,the tensioning margin of regulator spring and the different coefficient of friction between wet and dry condition were confirmed to be the main cause of the abrupt descending problem of regulator system after the analysis about each component of the system.And the improvement about the two causes were adapted to eliminate the problem.
