摘要
文章分析了某重卡的动力总成悬置系统的匹配原则和过程,一方面满足了飞轮壳后端面的静态弯矩要求,另一方面又兼顾了振动性能及位移控制要求,得到一组合适的衬套刚度值。为重卡的悬置系统匹配和设计提供了方法。
In this paper,the matching principle and the process of the powertrain system which has six mounts are analyzed.One hand,the static bending torque of the flywheel shell is met.On the other hand,the NVH performance is considered and the appropriate stiffness of the bush is got.So the design method for the heavy truck powertrain system is provided.
