摘要
针对超高层建筑消防救援困难的问题,研究新型的带有机械臂的消防救援系统。该系统由救援轿厢、运输舱和导行柱组成,救援轿厢带有折叠伸缩式机械臂。在进行消防救援时,由特种运输车运输和供电,实现消防救援轿厢组在导行柱上的运行,同时轿厢上配置的机械臂能够展开,以扩大在水平方向上的作业范围。介绍系统的组成部分、结构特点和工作原理。分别介绍救援轿厢、机械臂、运输舱、导行柱的组成部分、结构特点、运动过程和工作原理等。
Against the high-rise building fire rescue problem,a new fire rescue system with mechanical arm was studied.The system was consist of rescue car,transport cabin and guide column,and the rescue car was equipped with folding telescopic manipulator.During the fire rescue,the system was transported and supplied power by special transport vehicle,to achieve the movement of the rescue car on the guide column,and the mechanical arm on the car can unfold to expand the scope of work in the horizontal direction.The system component,structure and function principle were introduced.The component,structure,motion process and function principle of the rescue car,transport cabin and guide column were introduced separately.
