摘要
人工授精技术的应用极大促进了现代畜牧业的发展,而精液保存是制约人工授精技术广泛应用的重要一环。虽然对兔精液保存的研究较早,但是进展仍然缓慢。作者主要对兔精液的保存原理、保存方法以及影响兔精液保存的相关因素进行了综述,以期为探究出更好的兔精液保存方法以及人工授精技术在商品兔生产中的广泛应用提供参考。
The application of artificial insemination tremendously accelerates the development of modern animal husbandry,while semen preservation is an important part restricting the extensive application of artificial insemination technology.Although the study of rabbit semen preservation has been carried out early,the progress is still slow.The authors mainly reviewed the preser^^ation m ethods,preservation principles and related factors affecting the semen preservation of rabbit sem en,in order to provide a reference for exploring better rabbit semen preservation methods and the application of artificial insemination technology in the production of commercial rabbits.
