摘要
针对空调器售后出现四通阀先导阀毛细管孔被白色物质堵塞现象,通过红外光谱和GCMS分析发现白色物质为PET材料,并详细分析了PET物质由压缩机绝缘纸、绑扎绳受高温降解析出和聚集的过程,同时对新开发材料进行了降解试验验证,结果表明耐降解能力明显提高,并提出相关整改措施。
In terms of pilot valve capillary of four-way valve obstructed by some white stuff in air-conditioner after sales,found that the white matter was PET materials by Infrared Spectrum analysis and GCMS analysis.Then after further analysis,we discovered that the PET materials were formed by compressor insulating paper,the aggregation of colligated rope which was separated out at high temperature.The paper also did some degradation experiments to validate the newly developed material,and the result showed that the degradation capacity was significantly improved,and initiated some rectification measures.
