摘要
现阶段,扶贫是我国建设发展的重要任务。"十三五"规划期间,实现贫困人口的全面脱贫,将成为我国扶贫历史上标志性事件。扶贫过程中,扶贫资金的投入以及拨付使用是扶贫的关键。本文以广西N县精准扶贫中扶贫资金拨付使用情况为例,阐述存在问题及有效的解决路径。
At present,poverty reduction is an important task of our country construction development.Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning period,the realization of comprehensive poverty alleviation of poverty,will become a landmark event in the history of China's poverty alleviation.In the process of poverty alleviation poverty alleviation funds investment and appropriate use is the key to poverty alleviation.Taking N county of Guangxi precision poverty alleviation in the poverty alleviation funds allocated to use as an example,expounds existing problems and the way to solve effectively.
