摘要
基于高炉自动控制系统的设计需求分析,文章明确了系统的各功能模块,并对PLC在系统中的配置与使用以及PROFIBUS总线的构成进行探讨。经运行,系统应用效果良好,可实现高炉的快捷、稳定与准确生产。
Based on the design requirement analysis of blast furnace automatic control system,this paper makes clear the function modules of the system,and discusses the configuration and application of PLC in the system and the composition of Profibus bus.After operation,the system has good application effect,which can realize fast,stable and accurate production of blast furnace.
