摘要
简要介绍双电机刮水器系统的基本概念,强调汽车具有良好的视野是保证驾驶员操作方便和行车安全的重要前提条件,刮水器的结构形式和布置位置对驾驶员前方视野有着直接影响,本文重点描述了其外形结构的优势及组成部分,刮刷视野的计算,分析了刮水器电机工作原理及控制逻辑,提出了电机电磁兼容措施,并对系统进行了六性分析。
This article describes basic concepts of double motor wiper system,emphasizes that the structure and layout of the wiper system will directly influence the sight of the driver,which is a prerequisite of driving safety.This article mainly demonstrates structure advantages of the double motor wiper system and its components,calculation of the visual field on the windscreen.Then analyzes its electric working principal and control logic,put forward electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)strategy,and conduct six feature analysis on the system.
