摘要
油田生产中集输系统的腐蚀严重扰乱了生产制度,加大了生产成本,给生产运行带来较大压力及隐患。本文针对这一问题进行了研究,归纳总结了集输系统腐蚀的主要原因,并且研制了2种缓蚀剂,QC-2的缓蚀率均在80%以上。
the corrosion of oil production CIMC transportation system,seriously disrupting the production system,increase production costs and bring greater pressure and risks to the production operation.This paper studies the problem and summarizes the main reasons for the corrosion of the gathering system.Moreover,two kinds of corrosion inhibitors have been developed,and the corrosion inhibition rate of QC-2 is over 80%.
