摘要
海底电缆内嵌的海底光缆作为海洋平台间进行通信的重要手段,对海洋平台间进行信号传输及平台间人员相互沟通起着至关重要的作用。由于海洋环境复杂,维护保养工作极为困难,一旦发现其损坏,往往很难维修,导致通信中断,造成巨大的安全隐患。本文所述海光电缆载波通信装置首次实现了利用海底光缆外护套作为载波传输媒介,通过在光缆两端分别安装耦合器、电抗补偿器、滤波器和载波机实现两平台间的信号传输,解决了平台间ESD关断和电网优先脱扣及语音传输问题,恢复了ODP设计原有功能,确保了ESD系统及电站运行安全。
As an important means of communication between offshore platforms,submarine optical cable which embedded in submarine cable plays an important role in signal transmission between platforms.It also plays an important role in communicating with inter platform personnel.As the marine environment is complex,the maintenance work is extremely difficult.Once found damaged,it is difficult to maintain,which will not only lead to communication disruption,but also cause great security risks.In this paper,the submarine optical cable carrier communication device is the first to realize the use of undersea fiber optic cable sheath as carrier transmission medium.The signal transmission between the two platforms is realized by installing couplers,reactance compensators,filters and carriers at both ends of the optical cable.The problem of ESD switching off between platforms and power grid priority tripping and voice transmission is solved.The original function of ODP design is resumed and the operation safety of ESD system and power station is ensured.
