摘要
公共体育学科在高校一直被放在主流学科之外,虽然学校引进了很多高学历体育专业教师,但他们职称评定难,上升空间小,自身也不看好这一职业,久而久之,势必影响公共体育教师这一职业群体的稳定性。本文通过调查公共体育教师的职业认同困境,分析了其主要存在原因,并从加强继续教育,改变教师职称评定机制,建立和有效利用奖励机制等方面提出应对策略。
Public sports discipline in colleges and universities have been in the mainstream discipline,the school introduced many highly educated professional sports teachers,but their title assess,rise the space is little,own also don't believe in this profession,over time,certainly will affect the stability of the professional group of public physical education teachers.In this paper,through investigating the public PE teachers'professional identity dilemma,analyzes its existence main reason,and from strengthening the continuing education,change the title evaluation mechanism,set up and use effective incentives,etc,put forward the coping strategies.
