摘要
通过扫描电镜、显微镜等现代化设备对7050铝合金硬度测试,分析轧制变形速率对铝合金淬火敏感性的影响。结果发现随着变形速率的减少,铝合金结晶的分数会降低,而试样中的亚组织结构会增多,随着亚晶粒尺寸的减小,晶界分辨困难,在小角度晶界中,试样固溶慢速淬火。
The influence of rolling deformation rate on the hardening sensitivity of aluminum alloy was analyzed by the hardness test of 7050 aluminum alloy by scanning electron microscope,microscope and other modern equipment.It is found that with the decrease of the deformation rate,the fractional crystallization fraction of aluminum alloy decreases,and the substructure in the sample increases.With the decrease of the subgrain size,the resolution of grain boundary is difficult,and the sample is quenched slowly in the small angle grain boundary.
