摘要
后循环缺血(PCI)是眩晕的常见病因,易触发脑血管意外事件,致残率和死亡率极高。近年来中医药在治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的研究渐多,本文就后循环缺血性眩晕的病因病机、分证论治、专方论治三个方面进行阐述,为临床辨证施治提供参考。
Posterior circulation ischemia(PCI)is a common reason of vertigo,easily trigger cerebrovascular,with high disability rate and mortality rate.In recent years,studies on treating circulation ischemic vertigo with TCM medicine were more and more.The etiology and pathogenesis of PCIV,syndrome differentiation,specific prescriptions are discussed in the paper,to provide reference for clinical treatment.
