摘要
现阶段,我国新能源汽车发展从导入期进入成长期,为保证新能源汽车在后补贴时代的稳固发展,乘用车双积分管理方法应运而生。文章将从企业平均燃料消耗量积分、新能源汽车积分、积分并行管理及监管等方面对该方法进行解读;最后对乘用车行业产业发展趋势进行剖析。
At this stage,how to establish a long-term development mechanism for new energy vehicles is an urgency.Therefore,CAFC&NEV Credit Regulation for passenger car emerges as the times require.This paper elaborates CAFC,NEV,CAFC&NEV Credit Regulation,and operation supervision.At last,the impact of the passenger car enterprises and the development trends are analyzed.
