波兰作为乌克兰的邻国,高度关注乌克兰危机的演化,并在危机的不同阶段采取应对措施。乌克兰危机爆发之初,波兰支持乌克兰的欧洲选择,支持以和平方式解决冲突;乌克兰政权更迭后,波兰立即承认乌新政府,并承诺向乌克兰提供援助;克里米亚入俄后,波兰政府强烈谴责俄罗斯的行为,呼吁维护乌克兰的独立、主权和领土完整;随着乌克兰东部战事的爆发,波兰密切关注事态的演化,支持政治解决乌克兰东部的冲突,反对俄罗斯的干预;为应对乌克兰危机,波兰推动欧盟对俄罗斯实行制裁,呼吁北约加强在其东翼的军事存在,应对俄罗斯的威胁。波兰在乌克兰危机中的积极作为反映了其对乌克兰和俄罗斯两个邻国的历史认知和现实判断,体现了波兰在欧洲变动的地缘政治形势下追求自身安全的地缘政治需要。"没有自由的乌克兰就没有自由的波兰"成为波兰对乌克兰政策的主要信条。
As a neighbor of Ukraine,Poland pays close attention to the evolution of the Ukrainian crisis and takes counter measures at different stages of the crisis.At the beginning of the Ukrainian crisis,Poland supported Ukraine’s European choice and its the peaceful resolution of the conflict.After the change of the Ukrainian regime,Poland immediately recognized the Ukrainian government and promised to provide assistance to Ukraine.After the Crimean entered Russia,the Polish government strongly condemned Russia’s actions and called for the maintenance of Ukraine’s independence,sovereignty and territorial integrity.In the outbreak of war,Poland pays close attention to the evolution of events,supporting political settlement of conflicts in eastern Ukraine,and opposing Russian intervention.In response to the Ukrainian crisis,Poland promotes EU sanctions against Russia and calls for NATO to strengthen its military presence in its east wing in responding to Russian threat.Poland’s positive actions in the Ukrainian crisis reflect its historical cognition and realistic judgments on the two neighboring countries of Ukraine and Russia,reflecting Poland’s geopolitical needs for pursuing its own security under the changing geopolitical situation in Europe.“There is no free Ukraine without free Poland”became the main tenet of polish policy towards Ukraine.
