摘要
采用文献资料法、数理统计法、观察法、实验法、逻辑分析等方法,对2016年奥运会女子举重冠军邓薇2004—2007年期间的基础阶段训练进行系统分析,得出以下结论:经过3年系统的基础训练,邓薇体重逐步增加,至2007年离开福建省体校时,体重达到初始体重的134%,专项成绩达到初试成绩的169.6%,并通过53kg级运动健将标准。研究认为:结合个体特点因材施教,合理安排训练节奏,强化心理训练,以专项技术为核心稳步提高专项力量,为邓薇以后竞技能力的全面提升奠定了基础。建议:为充分挖掘专项潜力,延长运动寿命,应加强女子举重运动员青春期训练的医务监督与科研攻关,注意训练中和训练后的营养补充,加强恢复措施。
Using the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,observation method,experimental method,logical analysis and other methods,analyzing Deng Wei of the 2016 Olympic Games women's weightlifting champion basis training stage during 2004-2007,the following conclusions:by 3 years’training,Deng Wei’s weight increase gradually,in 2007,reached 134%of the initial weight,special achievements reached 169.6%,and getting 53 kg athlete standards.Research suggests:combining with the characteristics of individuals to train,reasonable arrangement of training rhythm,strengthening the psychological training,improving the core professional strength with special technology,all which laid a foundation of competitive ability of Deng Wei.Special recommendations:exploiting potential,prolong the life of sports,we should strengthen the women's weightlifting athletes puberty training medical supervision and scientific research,pay attention to the nutrition supplement before and after training and strengthen the recovery measures.
