摘要
针对目前家纺面料染整环节高耗能、高污染及后序加工中家纺面料损耗大、工序复杂、工源紧缺等现状,研发了一次织造成型家纺套件关键技术及产品。该产品以有机棉和原液着色纤维为原料,由提花织机一次织造成型,无需染色,且省去了绝大部分的裁剪、缝制等环节,在原料应用、染整加工、生产等各环节均践行了生态环保产品开发理念。
To solve high energy consumption and high pollution during dyeing process of home textile fabrics,and great fabric loss,complex process,labor shortage in the following processes,a complete-set one piece woven(OPW)home textiles was developed.The product is made of organic cotton and solutiondyed fiber,weaved by jacquard loom at one time,eliminating dyeing,cutting and sewing process.It sets an example on how to develop home textiles with ecological characteristics.
