摘要
利用仿真软件Designer辅助设计工具计算出微带耦合线带通滤波器设计目标所需的节数及每段耦合微带线的奇偶阻抗,选用低损耗的雅龙板材换算出实际的微带线长度和耦合缝隙宽度,然后利用仿真软件ADS对滤波器参数进行仿真优化和MOM仿真,并实际制作了PCB实物滤波器和专用滤波器测试夹具,在网络分析仪上进行了测试,实测结果证实了设计过程的可行性和高效性,并对仿真和实测之间的误差作了进一步的分析。
A simulation software aided design tool Designer is used to calculate the number of nodes needed for designing the microstrip edge-coupled BPF filter and the parity impedance of each coupled microstrip line,with low loss ARLON dielectric plate to figure out the actual coupled microstrip line length and gap width,then the simulation software ADS is used to simulate and optimize the filter parameters and the MOM simulation.And actually made PCB physical filter,The special purpose filter clamp was used to test with VNA(Network analyzer),the experimental results confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the design process.The error between the simulation and measurement is further analyzed.
