摘要
目的研究一体化护理模式对卵巢癌患者的生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法选取130例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,抽取65例作为对照组,另根据配对原则抽取65例作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用一体化护理模式。对比治疗前后焦虑、生活质量评分。结果治疗前,两组患者的焦虑、生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组各指标均优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢癌患者治疗过程中采用一体化护理模式可有效改善患者心理,提高其生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of integrated nursing model on the quality of life and psychological state of ovarian cancer patients.Methods A total of 130 patients with ovarian cancer were selected as the study subjects.65 patients were selected as the control group.65 patients were selected as the observation group according to the matching principle.The control group used routine care,and the observation group adopted an integrated care model.Comparison of anxiety before and after treatment,quality of life score.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in anxiety and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of integrated nursing model in the treatment of patients with ovarian cancer can effectively improve the patient's psychology,improve their quality of life.
