摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜应用于治疗输卵管间质部妊娠时的临床价值。方法选取2014年6月—2016年2月在我院治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的患者70例作为研究对象。将所选患者平均随机分为研究组与对照组。研究组患者采用腹腔镜进行治疗,对照组患者采用传统开腹治疗。对两组患者术中及术后情况进行记录,对比分析两组的输卵管破裂率、平均手术时间、平均出血量、术后血红蛋白数量、平均住院时间与月经复潮时间。结果研究组患者手术时间、输卵管破裂发生情况以及手术出血量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者体内血红蛋白、平均住院时间及月经复潮时间等数据对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在输卵管间质部进行手术是安全可行的,且手术效果相对较好,患者所受痛苦少,术后恢复较快。当医生具有高超的缝合技术时,在临床治疗输卵管间质部妊娠时将优先使用腹腔镜协助。
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal interstitial pregnancy.Methods 70 patients with interstitial tubal pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from June 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopy,while the control group was treated with traditional laparotomy.The two groups of patients were recorded during and after operation.The rate of tubal rupture,the average operation time,the average amount of bleeding,the amount of hemoglobin after operation,the average time of hospitalization and the time of menstruation were compared and analyzed in the two groups.Results The operation time,the occurrence of tubal rupture and the amount of bleeding in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin,average hospitalization time and the menstrual cycle time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion IT is safe and feasible to operate in the interstitial interstitial department,and the operation results are relatively good,the patients suffer less,and the postoperative recovery is faster.Laparoscopy will be preferred in the clinical treatment of tubal interstitial pregnancy when the doctor has an orgasm suture technique.
