摘要
文章以信用为主要衡量标准将图书馆的用户信用管理发展分为四个阶段,依次为以"身份"、"押金"、"文献流"、"第三方征信平台的数据"。在图书馆的用户信用管理过程中,图书馆服务的普惠性和均等性大幅提升。然而,我国图书馆用户信用管理中存在着失信惩罚力度有限、信用累计时长不够的问题,应进一步探索实现图书馆与社会信用数据共享和信息融合的路径,构建行业信用体系、标准,增强用户粘性,营造优良的图书馆信用环境。
This article divides the development of library user credit management into four stages by the main measure of credit:identity,deposit,literature flow and data of the third party credit platform.In the process of library user credit management,the universality and equality of library services have been greatly improved.However,there exists some defects in library user credit management in our country such as limited punishment and insufficient credit accumulation time.It suggests we should explore the way to further realize the sharing of library and social credit data and information fusion,build the industry credit system,standards,enhance the stickiness of the users and create a good library credit environment.
