摘要
法官是司法体制的核心组成部分,法官审判行为是否合法正当是决定司法是否公正的核心要素,而这在很大程度上取决于法官的职业道德素养。从哲学视角探究并发现,法官道德是法官个人在职业行为中应遵守的价值理念和行为规范的总和,它不仅对于法官自身,而且对于整个法官职业群体以及整个社会都具有非同寻常的价值。主体不同,客体的价值表现也就有所不同。法官道德的价值最终是服务于社会的,那么法官道德的价值实现与否以及实现的程度如何还要由社会来进行客观的评价。
The judge is the core part of judicial system,judges'legal justification is a key element to decide whether the judicial fair,which depends largely on the judges'professional morality accomplishment.From philosophical perspective to explore and discover,judge morality is the judge in the professional conduct individual shall abide by the value of the sum of idea and behavior standard,it is not only judge for themselves,but also for the whole judge professional group,and even the whole society.The value of the subject,the object is different.Judge the value of moral is ultimately serve the society,then the value of moral the effect of realization all depend on the social objective evaluation.
