摘要
港珠澳大桥东人工岛主体建筑作为珠江口伶仃洋上的标志性建筑,是集交通、管理、服务、救援和观光功能于一体的综合运营中心。业主对净空要求高,管线综合难度大,给排水及消防系统管线复杂,运用BIM技术可对项目进行建模和优化,提前发现项目中管线碰撞问题。通过协同设计,同时把管综问题反馈至给排水专业,局部生成节点大样以指导现场施工。文中详细说明BIM技术的运用,以及总结实战经验。
As the landmark building in Lingdingyang ocean at Pearl River estuary,the main building of the east artificial island of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a integrated operation center with the functions of transportation,management,service,rescue,and tourism.The owners have high clearance requirements,the pipeline is difficult to integrate,and the water supply and drainage and fire system pipelines are complex,the BIM technology can be used to model and optimize the project,and the pipeline collision problem can found in advance.Through collaborative design,while the tube comprehensive problem feedback to the professional design of drainage,and local nodes are generated to guide the construction site.We explained the application of BIM technology in detail,and summarized the practical experience.
