浅谈PLC可编程控制器在低压配电系统控制的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着低压配电系统控制日趋智能化,传统的继电器控制的线路复杂,节点多,故障高的弊端不能满足要求,对400 V低压配电系统两进线一母联的控制方案从普通继电器控制连锁改进为用PLC可编程控制器实现控制连锁。简述了应用PLC可编程控制器来实现两进线一母联的手动、自投自复与自投不自复功能。运用PLC可编程控制控制,具有可靠性强、安全性好、准确性高等优点,大量减少传统的继电器的之间硬线连接,从而提高了工作效率,是一种有效而又实用的自动控制系统。 The ever increasing smart LV power distribution system and its control,has set a high safety standard,one that the multi-control circuits and nods of conventional relays causing high rate of failure can’t meet.This review is set out to discuss how to move from conventional relay to PLC incoming-cable-single-busbar control of 400V LV systems.It summarizes the application of PLC in manual operation,auto on-and-off,and auto-on and non-auto-off of back up power supply,in such cabling system.There are a number of advantages of using PLC,such as high reliability and safety,acurracy,etc,as well as greatly reducing hard wiring in conventional relay connection,which would result in highly improved efficiency.Therefore PLC is a automatic control sytem that is both efficient and highly practical.
