掺炼不同比例常压渣油的催化油浆的性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 对掺炼10%、20%、30%、40%、50%常压渣油的催化油浆的密度、黏度、残炭、灰分、四组分等基础性质进行研究,使用数学回归的方法对实验结果进行分析。结果表明,掺炼不同比例的常压渣油后,催化油浆的密度、灰分、四组分均具有很好的线性关系,由此可知这些性质均具有加和性。残炭值的线性规律不明显;黏度变化趋势符合指数关系,随着掺炼比例的增大黏度变化越快。 The basic properties of density,viscosity,carbon residue,ash content,four components of catalytic oil slurry which added 10%,20%,30%,40%and 50%atmospheric residue,were studied.The experimental results were analyzed by method of mathematical regression analysis.The results showed,the density,ash content,four components of catalytic slurry oil which blended with different proportions of atmospheric residue,had good linear relation,therefore these properties had additive property.Carbon residue value linear regularity was not obvious.Change trend of viscosity was in conformity with index relationship,and the viscosity changed faster with the increase of blending ratio.
