阿替普酶与尿激酶治疗急性心肌梗死患者的疗效差异研究被引量：1

摘要目的分析阿替普酶与尿激酶治疗急性心肌梗死患者的疗效差异。方法选取本院于2016年2月至2017年12月收治的88例急性心肌梗死患者进行分组研究,对照组予以尿激酶治疗,观察组予以阿替普酶治疗,比较2组总有效率、主要终点事件发生率。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组的主要终点事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿替普酶、尿激酶均可有效治疗急性心肌梗死,但阿替普酶的效果更为确切,可有效减少主要终点事件发生率,安全性更高,值得推广。
