摘要
目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征产科治疗临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方式,在我院2016年3月至2017年3月收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者中随机抽选出72例患者作为本次临床研究对象,并将其命名为试验组,并将患者治疗效果及分娩方式作为本次临床资料调查观察指标。结果本次临床资料调查中的72例妊娠高血压综合征患者,产科治疗总有效率为97.22%,自然生产率为77.22%,剖宫生产率为27.78%。结论我院采用的综合治疗方式,可以帮助患者控制病情,并且有助增加自然分娩概率,从而保障患者母婴健康,因此在今后的妊娠高血压综合征产科治疗中,可以将此综合治疗方式广泛临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of obstetric treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 72 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension from March 20 to March 2017,and 72 patients were randomly selected as trial subjects Group,and the patient's treatment and delivery methods as the clinical data survey indicators.Results The total effective rate was 97.22%,the natural productivity was 77.22%,and the rate of cesarean section was 27.78%in 72 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of our hospital can help patients to control the disease,and help increase the probability of natural delivery,so as to protect the mother and child health,so in the future pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome obstetric treatment,this comprehensive treatment Widely used clinical application.
