摘要
目的探讨细节护理应用于透析患者的临床疗效观察。方法选取自2016年4月至2017年4月于大连市友谊医院住院接受治疗的患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理方案,试验组30例,应用细节护理方案,观察两组患者透析前后尿素氮、血肌酐变化情况。结果透析患者应用细节护理方案后,试验组血肌酐及尿素氮水平明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论透析患者应用细节护理方案显著降低患者透析效率,提高血肌酐清除率,降低血肌酐及尿素氮水平,增强治疗依从性,提高临床疗效,。临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of detail nursing on dialysis patients.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 30 groups,two cases in the control group,30 cases in the experimental group,and the application of detailed nursing program.The changes of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the two groups before and after dialysis were observed.Results The indexes of the experimental group were obviously better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing plan for dialysis patients.The clinical curative effect is excellent,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
