摘要
由于环境保护的要求和日益加剧的土地资源紧张,垃圾焚烧发电已成为垃圾处理的重要方式。大部分挥发性重金属和二噁英吸附在垃圾焚烧产生的飞灰上,极易对环境造成严重污染,其在我国被列为危险废物。本文对比了不同垃圾焚烧飞灰处理技术,分析了飞灰处置的现状,指出了当前存在的法律法规不完善、处置能力不足、回收利用技术不成熟和监管体系仍需进一步完善等问题,并提出了推动焚烧飞灰资源综合利用的建议,具有一定的参考意义。
Because of the requirement of environmental protection and the increasing shortage of land resources,waste incineration has become an important way of waste disposal.Most of the volatile heavy metals and dioxins are adsorbed on the fly ash produced by waste incineration,which can easily cause serious environmental pollution and is classified as hazardous waste in China.This paper compares the treatment technologies of different waste incineration fly ash,analyzes the status quo of fly ash disposal,and points out the problems of imperfect laws and regulations,insufficient disposal capacity,immature recycling technology and further improvement of the supervision system.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions for promoting the comprehensive utilization of incineration fly ash resources,which has certain reference significance.
