摘要
淮南矿区新建煤矿产生的矿井水氯化物、溶解性总固体含量较高,属高氯化物型高矿化度矿井水,无法满足乳化液配置等用水要求。本文研究了悬浮物去除技术、防垢技术和膜处理技术相结合的工艺方法,选用50μm、20μm、10μm等级过滤介质对矿井水进行预处理,使浊度小于3 NTU,以满足膜处理进水需要。预处理后的矿井水在进入膜处理单元前,需要添加一定量的阻垢剂,防止纳滤/反渗透膜受到污染。该深度处理工艺脱盐率在95%以上,出水能够满足井下乳化液配制用水的要求。
The content of chlorides and total dissolved solids in the mine water produced in Huainan mining area is high,which belongs to high chloride type high salinity mine water,and can't meet the requirements of emulsion and other water use.The combination of suspended solids removal technology,anti-scaling technology and membrane treatment technology was studied.50μm,20μm and 10μm filter media were used to pretreat the mine water,so that turbidity is less than 3 NTU,so as to meet the need of membrane treatment.A certain amount of scale inhibitor should be added to the pretreated mine water before entering the membrane treatment unit to prevent nanofiltration/reverse osmosis membrane from being polluted.The desalination rate of the advanced treatment process is over 95%,and the effluent can meet the water requirement of underground emulsion preparation.
