摘要
界定京津冀协同发展与建筑产业化的内涵,从资源禀赋与角色定位、精细分工与功能互补、产业转移与区域城市联动效应、产业集群与共生效应、资源共享与规模经济效应、注重发展质量与效益的生态系统六方面探讨两者互动机理,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层面与发展方向、要点、措施三个维度探讨两者互动路径,以期实现两者良性互动。
This paper defines the meanings of cooperative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and construction industrialization.Then,explains their interaction mechanism from resource endowment and role orientation,fine division of labor and function complementarity,industrial transfer and regional city linkage effect,industrial cluster and symbiosis effect,resource sharing and economies of scale,the ecosystem emphasizing on quality and effectiveness development.Finally,explores the interaction paths to achieve a positive interaction in development direction,development focus,development measures from macro,medium and micro three levels.
