摘要
根据带式输送机的组成结构,以及煤矿巷道的结构特点,结合目前使用的带式输送机安装技术,设计研发了适合煤矿拱形巷道的带式输送机安装系统,系统以结构件和液压系统为基础,通过操作液压阀实现带式输送机的安装。本文介绍了系统的组成结构、使用原理以及安装布置等情况,并将其应用于回采工作面带式输送机的安装,检验了使用该系统后设备的稳定性以及安全性。应用结果表明,该系统的应用,解决了带式输送机安装过程复杂的问题,提高了作业安全系数,简化了安装工序,降低了员工作业强度,减少了资金投入,提高了设备的安装机械化作业效率。
According to the composition structure of belt conveyor and structural characteristics of coal mine laneway,combining present installation techniques of belt conveyor,the paper developed and designed the system for belt conveyor that suits coal mine's arch laneway which is based on structural parts and hydraulic systems and realizing installation of belt conveyor by operating hydraulic valve.In the paper,the composition structure,application principle and installation&layout etc.are introduced.It is applied to the installation of the belt conveyor in the mining face,and the stability and safety of the equipment after using the system are tested.The result shows that the application of the system has solved the problem of the complicated process of the belt conveyor in coal mine's arch laneway,improved the working safety coefficient,simplified the installation procedure,reduced the labor intensity of workers,reduced funding and improved efficiency of mechanized installing working.
