摘要
为探究地铁车辆阻尼环车轮在服役期声振特性,在半消声室内进行阻尼环车轮自由状态下的声振特性试验研究,结合有限元仿真对试验结果进行分析。研究结果表明:软、硬阻尼材料阻尼环对不同服役时间的车轮减振降噪效果有所差别,对于厚轮缘车轮,硬阻尼材料更好,而对于达到镟修极限的薄轮缘车轮而言,软阻尼材料更好。车轮自身几何尺寸在服役期间有所改变,导致车轮声辐射为增加趋势,而阻尼环的存在将声功率级变化总值控制在0~2 d B之间,表现出在车轮服役周期内具有较好的适用性能。
In order to study the acoustic and vibration characteristics of the damping ring wheel of the subway vehicle during the service period,the acoustic and vibration characteristics of the damping ring wheel were studied in the semi-anechoic chamber.The experimental results were analyzed combined with finite element simulation.The results show that the damping ring of soft or hard damping materials has different effects on the vibration and noise reduction of wheels at different service times.For the thick rim wheels,the damping rings of the hard damping material are better.For the thin rim wheels of reaching the limit of turning,the damping rings of soft material are better.The size of the wheel itself changes during the service period,resulting in the increase of the acoustic radiation of the wheel.The existence of the damping ring controls the total value of the sound power level change between 0~2 dB,which shows that the damping ring having a good performance during the service period.
