摘要
为解决大跨度上承式铁路拱桥因初步设计存在的概算费用不足、结构不合理、施工难度大等问题,综合考虑施工地气候、材料运输等现场因素,采用优化设计和建设管理相结合的方式进行有效解决。从桥跨布置及拱上梁优化、拱上立柱优化和拱座优化等3方面进行优化设计;从目标管控和过程管控等2方面进行建设管理,并结合建筑业推广的新技术开展10余项专题评估、采用BIM全过程模拟技术与数字视频监控系统,确立多维度管控办法。综合优化结果表明:施工工期减少2个月;钢结构减少近1 800 t,混凝土减少近10 000 m^3,降低造价约4 000万;实现零问题安全保障;优化后桥型更加轻盈美观、稳定简约。
This paper aimed at the problems of insufficient cost,unreasonable structure and difficult construction due to the preliminary design of the long-span deck railway arch bridge.The construction site factors such as climate and material transportation were considered,and the method of combining optimization design and construction management has been proven to be effective in solving this problem.The optimization design of bridge span layout,beam on the arch,upper column on the arch,arch seat and so on were carried out.More than 10 thematic evaluations were conducted by combining with the new technology popularized in the construction industry.BIM process simulation technology and digital video surveillance system was adopted,and the method of multi-dimensional control was established.Results of comprehensive optimization shows that the construction period is reduced by 2 months,security aspect is no problem absolutely,the steel is reduced by nearly 1 800 ton,the concrete is reduced by nearly 10 000 m3 and the cost is reduced by about 40 million.After optimization the bridge is more lightsome and beautiful,stable and simple.
