摘要
目的:评估以左氧氟沙星+奥硝唑联合用药疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者实施治疗的效果。方法:选出笔者所在医院2016年7月-2017年11月接收且行对症性治疗的97例慢性盆腔炎女性患者,按用药方式的不同将上述患者分成两组(试验治疗组49例、参照治疗组48例),试验治疗组予以左氧氟沙星+奥硝唑进行双药联合治疗,参照治疗组仅予以左氧氟沙星,评估且对比两组治疗后患者腹痛消除时间、病征消除时间、临床疗效及有关症状的具体改善情况。结果:试验治疗组患者腹痛消除时间、病征消除时间均短于参照治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验治疗组总有效率为97.96%,参照治疗组为68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者各种症状都得到改善,且试验治疗组改善情况显著优于参照治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择左氧氟沙星+奥硝唑联合用药法治疗慢性盆腔炎,可取得较好疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Levofloxacin combined with Ornidazole in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:A total of 97 female patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who received and received symptomatic treatment from July 2016 to November 2017 in the author’s hospital were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different ways of medication(49 cases in the experimental treatment group and 48 cases in the reference treatment group).The experimental treatment group was treated with Levofloxacin combined with Ornidazole,the reference treatment group was only given Levofloxacin.The time of abdominal pain relief,the time of elimination,the clinical efficacy and the specific improvement of the symptoms were compared.Result:The time of abdominalgia elimination and symptom elimination in the trial group were shorter than those in the reference treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental treatment group was 97.96%,and the reference treatment group was 68.75%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of both groups were improved,and the improvement of experimental treatment group was significantly better than that of the reference treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation with Levofloxacin combined with Ornidazole combined with drug therapy can achieve better curative effect.
