摘要
目的观察尤瑞克林对不同亚型急性脑梗死患者侧枝循环的治疗作用。方法随机选取150例急性脑梗死患者,按TOAST分型的不同分为大动脉粥样硬化组(A组)、心源性栓塞组(B组)及小动脉闭塞组(C组),各50例,均给予常规药物及尤瑞克林治疗。应用经颅多普勒超声(transcranial doppler ultrasonography,TCD)对两组患者在治疗前、治疗后14 d进行评估。结果治疗后,A组、C组患者与B组患者的责任血管血流速率变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林对大动脉粥样硬化及小血管闭塞导致的急性脑梗死患者的侧枝循环影响更显著,对心源性因素导致的急性脑梗死患者侧枝循环有影响,但不如上述两者明显。
Objective To observe the effect of urinary kallidinogenase on collateral circulation in patients with different subtypes of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into large-artery atherosclerosis group(group A),cardioembolism group(group B)and small-artery occlusion group(group C)according to TOAST,50 cases in each group,all patients were treated with conventional treatment and urinary kallidinogenase,compared the therapeutic effects before and after 14 d of therapy with TCD.Results There was significant difference in the blood flow velocity of responsible vessels between group A,group C and group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Relative to acute cerebral infarction caused by cardioembolism,the urinary kallidinogenase had significant effects on collateral circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by large-artery atherosclerosis and small-artery occlusion.
