摘要
陕西自贸区作为国务院批复的第三批自贸试验区,对于全面深化改革、建设内陆型改革开放新高地、推动区域开放发展、主动融入"一带一路"倡议具有重要意义。本文介绍了我国临空经济发展现状,具体分析了陕西省发展临空经济面临的优势和挑战,提出外汇政策支持自贸区以空港新城和国际港务区为重要节点发展临空经济的政策建议和思考。
China(Shaanxi)Pilot Free Trade Zone(hereinafter referred to as“Shaanxi Free Trade Zone”)is listed in the third batch of pilot free trade zones approved by the State Council,which bears great importance in terms of deepening comprehensive reforms,reaching new heights in reform and opening-up,promoting regional opening-up development and getting integrated with“The Belt and Road”national strategy.The paper describes in details the current status of the development of China’s airport economy,specifically analyzes the advantages and challenges facing the development of airport economy in Shaanxi Province,and provides policy suggestions and relevant considerations on foreign exchange administration policy’s support for the development of airport economy focused on metro airport and international trade and logistics park in Shaanxi Free Trade Zone.
