摘要
目的:探讨中药消渴方联合西药治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者40例,按照入院顺序随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组行西药治疗,试验组行中药消渴方联合西药治疗。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率优于对照组,且两组治疗前后空腹血糖与餐后血糖变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药消渴方联合西药治疗2型糖尿病效果显著,可以提高治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoke recipe combined with western medicine on type 2 diabetes.Methods:40 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the order of admission.The control group were treated with western medicine,and the experimental group were treated with Xiaoke recipe and Western medicine.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the differences in fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose change were statistically significant between the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Xiaoke decoction combined with western medicine has significant effect in treating type 2 diabetes and can improve the therapeutic effect.
