摘要
目的:探讨来曲唑片与枸橼酸氯米芬片对多囊卵巢综合征促排卵的效果。方法:收治多囊卵巢综合征患者100例,按照不同治疗方法分为观察组和参照组,各50例。参照组患者给予枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗,观察组给予来曲唑片治疗。结果:观察组促排卵治疗总有效率优于参照组(P<0.05)。两组患者成熟卵泡数量、雌二醇情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑片治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果更佳,能有效减少并发症发生,促进排卵正常。
Objective:To investigate the effect of letrozol tablets and clomifene citrate tablets on ovulation induction in women with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the reference group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with clomifene citrate tablets,and the observation group were treated with letrozol tablets.Results:The total effective rate of ovulation induction in the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the number of mature ovum follicles and estradiol in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Letrozol tablets is effective in treating polycystic ovary syndrome,which can effectively reduce complications and promote normal ovulation.
