摘要
针对目前食品添加剂课程教学过程中存在的问题进行分析,探讨改进教学内容、教学方法,提高教学效果,培养的人才更加接近企业需求的有效方法,并为食品添加剂教学改革提供参考。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of food additive course,discusses the improvement of teaching content,teaching methods,and the improvement of teaching effects.The purpose is to cultivate more students who meet actual needs,and provide reference for the teaching reform of food additives.
