摘要
多环芳烃是一种存在于各类环境介质中的持久性有机污染物,对环境以及人类健康生存都有很大的危害。由于其高度疏水性,多环芳烃在自然界中难以被降解。对于受多环芳烃污染土壤的修复问题,微生物修复技术因其高效、经济等特点而受到广泛关注。本文论述了微生物降解多环芳烃的机理,并结合国内外的研究现状介绍了几种常见的土壤微生物修复技术,展望了微生物修复多环芳烃污染土壤的技术的发展方向。
PAHs are persistent organic pollutants that exist in various environmental media and are harmful to the environment and human health.Due to its high hydrophobicity,PAHs are difficult to be degraded in nature.For the restoration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-contaminated soils,microbial remediation technology has received extensive attention due to its high efficiency,economy,and other characteristics.This paper discusses the mechanism of microbial degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.Combined with the research status at home and abroad,several common soil microbial remediation technologies are introduced.The development direction of the technology for microbial remediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-contaminated soils is prospected.
