摘要
探讨医联体背景下半紧密型护理管理模式对基层护理人员和患者满意度的影响。开展医联体工作后,基层医院护士工作满意度较前提高(z=-6.042,P<0.01);基层医院患者就医满意度也较前提高(z=-5.981,P<0.05)。半紧密型三级护理管理模式可以提高基层护理人员和患者满意度,应保证医联体工作顺利开展,进一步提高驻点护理骨干管理水平。
The effect of semi-compact nursing management mode on the satisfaction of primary care workers and patients in regional medical consortium was explored.After the development of regional medical consortium,the job satisfaction of nurses in primary hospitals was improved(z=-6.042,P<0.01);the satisfaction degree of patients was also increased(z=-5.981,P<0.05).The Regional medical consortium mode can increase the satisfaction level of primary nurse staff and patients.Ensure the smooth development of medical conjoined work,further improve the level of nursing backbone management.
