摘要
针对上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院日间手术管理信息平台运行现状,提出了日间手术诊疗全过程管理的信息化设计。通过全过程信息化管理,将日间手术患者的门诊流程与住院流程无缝对接,对患者从入院登记到出院的各个环节进行全过程、全方位管理,从而引导患者有序治疗,提高了患者满意度,也提高了日间手术工作效率。系统收集和积累了大量临床诊疗数据,推动了日间手术疾病诊疗的研究,促进了日间手术的发展。
In view of the operation status of the information platform of ambulatory surgery management in Renji Hospital Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,an information design for the whole process management of diagnosis and treatment in ambulatory surgery was proposed.The whole process management information provides the seamless docking between outpatient service process and the hospitalization process of ambulatory surgery patient,and the whole process and comprehensive management is performed on each link from registration to discharge,which guides the treatment of patients,improves patient satisfaction,and also speeds up the working efficiency of ambulatory surgery.It improved the systematic collection and accumulation of a large number of clinical diagnosis and treatment data,promoted the research on the diagnosis and treatment of hospital day surgery diseases and promoted the development of hospital ambulatory surgery.
