摘要 食品分析实验课程是食品类专业的核心课程,具有较强的理论性、实践性和综合性。根据课程培养应用型人才的目标,针对实验课程的特殊性和目前教学中存在的问题,提出了一些具体的建议,旨在提升食品分析实验课堂的教学效果,提高学生的实践动手能力和实验安全意识。 Food analysis experiment course is a professional core course of food specialty,which has strong theoretical,practical and comprehensive nature.Based on the speciality of the experimental course and existing problems during the teaching currently,some concrete proposals have been put forward according to course objectives of cultivating application talents,in order to improve the teaching effect of the food analysis experiment and improve students'practical ability and experimental safety awareness.
