摘要
目的探讨基于健康云app的延续性干预在再生障碍性贫血患者中的应用及对其健康知识知晓情况、自护能力和用药依从性的影响效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年10月我院接收的再生障碍性贫血患者84例,随机等分成观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于健康云app的延续性干预。比较两组患者健康知识知晓情况、用药依从性、自护能力及生活质量。结果观察组患者疾病基础知识、用药知识、日常自我护理知识知晓情况均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组用药依从性较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组在健康饮食、心理调节、自护技巧、口腔护理、肛周护理等方面较对照组好(P<0.05);两组干预3个月生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分与出院时相比均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论再生障碍性贫血患者实施基于健康云app的延续性干预,可明显提高患者健康知识知晓率,有效改善用药依从性,显著增强自护能力,进而使生活质量提升。
Objective To explored the application of continuous intervention based on health-cloud app in aplastic anemia patients and its effect on patients'awareness of health knowledge,self-care ability and drug compliance.Methods To compared awareness of health knowledge,drug compliance,self-care ability,and life quality,84 cases of aplastic anemia patients treated in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2017 were observed,and were divided into study group and control group with equal number.The control group was given the routine care,while the study group was given the continuous intervention based the health-cloud app with routine care.Results The basic knowledge of disease,knowledge of medication and knowledge of daily self-case of the study group were generally higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the drug compliance of the study group were generally higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).And in respect of healthy diet,psychological regulation,self-care ability,oral care,perianal care,the study group was also better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores in the questionnaire of life quality comprehensive assessment of the two groups after a three-month intervention at all dimensions were higher than at discharge(P<0.05),and the study group was doing even better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous intervention based on the health cloud app on aplastic anemia patients could be of great help to the improvement of patients'awareness of health knowledge,to promote drug compliance and self-care ability,so as to enhance patients'life quality.
