摘要
目的探讨多元化护理模式在重症监护室中的应用效果。方法抽取我院重症监护室2015年8月—2017年8月收治的96例患者为研究对象,根据护理方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组48例患者采取常规护理措施,给予观察组48例患者多元化护理干预,比较两组护理后的护理质量。结果观察组患者经多元化护理模式护理后护理质量评分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理服务应用于重症监护室的护理中,可提高护理质量,从而提升临床效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing mode in intensive care unit.Methods 96 patients admitted to our ICU from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods.In the control group,48 patients were given routine nursing measures,and 48 patients in the observation group were given diversified nursing intervention.The nursing quality of the two groups after nursing was compared.Results The nursing quality scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after the diversified nursing mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified nursing service in the nursing care of intensive care unit can significantly improve the quality of nursing,improve the clinical effect.
