摘要
目的探讨HACCP方法在CSSD去污区器械清洗工作中的应用。方法将本院2016年11月—2017年11月去污间应用HACCP体系后清洗的器械40件作为研究组,另选取2015年10月—2016年10月未应用HACCP体系前清洗的器械40件作为参照组。对比两组器械返洗率、ATP生物荧光定量测试数值达标率。应用HACCP原理分析CSSD去污间影响器械清洗质量的关键控制点,建立与之相匹配的预防改进措施。结果研究组返洗率2.50%,低于参照组的22.50%,达标率100.00%,高于参照组的75.00%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HACCP方法在CSSD去污区器械清洗工作中的应用提高了器械清洗质量,不仅能够降低返洗率,还能够提升达标率。
Objective To explore the application of HACCP method in equipment cleaning in the decontamination area of CSSD.Methods From November 2016 to November 2017,cleaning of 40 equipments in decontamination area after application of HACCP system were selected as study group,from October 2015 to October 2016,cleaning of 40 equipments before application of HACCP system in decontamination area were selected as control group.The re-cleaning rate and the passing rate of ATP bifluorescence quantitative test values of the two groups was compared.The HACCP principle was used to analyze the key control points of the cleaning quality of the equipment in decontamination room of CSSD,and the corresponding preventive improvement measures were established.Results The re-cleaning rate in study group was 2.50%,lower than 22.50%of control group,the passing rate of ATP bifluorescence quantitative test values in study group was 100.00%,higher than 75.00%of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of HACCP method in cleaning of equipment in decontamination area in CSSD can improve the quality of the equipment cleaning,not only decrease the recleaning rate,but also improve passing rate.
