摘要
目的分析常见的输血安全风险,探究血型实验室输血检验质量对输血安全的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月—2017年12月所收治的2 000例需要进行输血的患者作为研究对象。按照时间先后分组,2014年1月—2015年12月所收治的1 000例需要进行输血的患者作为对照组;2016年1月—2017年12月所收治的1 000例需要进行输血的患者作为研究组。其中,对照组采用常规输血路径;研究组在此基础上实施加强输血检验、血型鉴定、交叉配血等质量控制,比较两组的输血安全事故的发生率。结果研究组安全事故的发生率为1.2%,对照组安全事故的发生率为7.4%,研究组优于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血过程中对各项输血环节进行有效的质量控制,可减少安全事故的发生。
Objective To analyze the common blood transfusion safety accidents,and to explore the effect of blood transfusion laboratory quality on blood transfusion safety.Methods 2 000 patients who need blood transfusion in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the time,1 000 patients who need blood transfusion from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the control group,and 1 000 patients who need blood transfusion from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research group.The control group adopted the routine blood transfusion,on the basis,the study group adopted quality control of blood transfusion test,blood type identification and cross matching of blood were carried out,and the incidence of blood transfusion safety accidents of two groups was compared.Results The incidence of safety accident was 1.2%in study group,and 7.4%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective quality control of various transfusion links during transfusion can reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
